A note on ordering

Direct online ordering on this site is temporarily paused. Our products are currently available through Amazon India — Amazon’s own shipping timelines and charges apply to those purchases. The policy below applies to orders placed directly with KRuth when direct ordering is available.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• You will receive email updates as your order is processed, shipped and delivered.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 or more.
• Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays and issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us on WhatsApp or at kruthecom@gmail.comwith your order ID and we’ll track it down. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, see our Returns policy.
