These terms govern your use of the KRuth website, skin quiz and shop. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or attempts to disrupt the service.

The skin quiz is not medical advice

The KRuth skin quiz and the routines it recommends are for general informational and cosmetic purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a qualified dermatologist before use. Always patch-test new products.

Products, pricing and orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice.
• Some products may be fulfilled through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon; purchases made there are governed by that marketplace’s own terms.
• For orders placed directly with us, our Shipping and Returns policies apply.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud; if payment was taken, it will be refunded.

Intellectual property

The KRuth name, logo, product formulations, photography and site content belong to KRuth. You may not copy, resell or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRuth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
